Artists

If the artwork used in the garments and accessories is licensed for limited use, the author of the artwork, referred to as the ARTIST, reserves all rights to their creation. The artist has the right to take legal action against any unauthorized imitation or reproduction outside of GA2G.

In the event that the artwork used in the garments and accessories is the property of the company, called AEMCO and represented by the GA2G brand , the company has the right to legally proceed against unauthorized imitations or reproductions outside of GA2G.

Reproductions

Each garment and accessory designed by GA2G in collaboration with the artists is part of an industrial design registration, of which AEMCO, represented by the GA2G brand, holds all distribution and marketing rights, as well as the right to use the following elements:

• Silhouettes

• Graphic arts

• Product proportions and designs

• Symbols or insignia

• The GA2G logo design

• The design of the artist's logo or signature
  

AEMCO reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized imitation or reproduction of these elements, or all of them.
